Telework Training Instructions:

(1) Participating employees must complete the OPM’s online training course “Telework 101 for Employees.” Supervisors of participating employees must complete the OPM’s online training course “Telework 101 for Managers.”

(2) Upon course completion, you will be asked to enter your name, print and save your “Certificate of Completion.” Enter your name and print your “Certificate of Completion.”

(3) Provide the “Certificate of Completion” to your supervisor which then should be attached to your Telework Agreement. If you are a supervisor, you are required to attach the “Telework 101 for Managers Certificate of Completion” to your staff’s Telework Agreement.

    • Manage your professional development

    • Help you plan your training

    • Put online learning at your desktop

    • and much, much more

When you are added to the Center as a new user and a user account has been created for you, you will receive a system-generated message from CLCSupport@doc.gov entitled “Welcome to the Commerce Learning Center!” inviting you to login.

1. Click on the link to the Commerce Learning Center.

2. Log on with the Username and temporary password provided.

3. Answer the password recovery challenge questions.

4. Change your password following the instructions.

5. Set your local time zone.

6. Follow the link to the Commerce Learning Center at your bureau.

7. Take the Virtual Tour.
